Here at longevity we take a different approach, centred around bulletproofing your body for life to let you move better, forever. For us, it's not about a quick fix, it's about lasting, life-changing results.
Our mission - to change the face of fitness, for everyone.

Develop balance, movement and mobility as you learn what your body can really do through longevity fitness.
Led by Lotti, founder and head trainer, we offer private personal training throughout London and online, corporate and coworking wellness experiences and retreats, all with a longevity-centric approach to movement.
Longevity is here to help you move better, forever. Forget the quick fixes and the two week programmes; get long-lasting, meaningful results that help you lead a better, healthier life.

Private PT.
1-1 or group private personal training, based out of your home or some of our beautiful studio partners throughout London. Work on balance, coordination, mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness to look and feel your best, eliminate pain and build overall health.

£60 online session, £110 in person session.

Corporate and Co-working.
Looking for a way to make the office great again? Treat your employees? Keep them feeling their best? Chat to us about our corporate and coworking wellness offering. We can set up group classes, or organise PT sessions for employees during lunchbreaks, before, or after work and we already work with some of London's finest workspaces like WeWork and The Ministry.
